Description

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Next capabilities.
  • Design scalable marketing automation architectures aligned with business and customer engagement goals.
  • Configure and manage core SFMC modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Data Cloud integrations, and personalization capabilities.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain customer journeys using advanced segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Ensure campaign delivery accuracy, quality assurance, and performance tracking.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM, CDP, APIs, and third-party platforms.
  • Manage data extensions, SQL queries, automations, and audience segmentation.
  • Develop dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
  • Build reusable templates, automation workflows, and scalable campaign frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and customer engagement metrics, and provide insights to improve conversion, retention, and customer experience.
  • Support A/B testing, reporting dashboards, and marketing performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, sales, analytics, and technology teams, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Marketing Cloud Next capabilities and modern customer engagement platforms.
  • Proven expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, SQL, AMPscript, and API integrations.
  • Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and CDP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
