Description

  • Lead and mentor a frontend development team in the EU region while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Provide technical leadership and promote best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture.
  • Participate in high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems.
  • Drive the development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team output and skills.
  • Manage team performance and support career development for direct reports.
  • Help improve development processes, tools, and techniques through continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute hands-on coding as part of the leadership role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years in a relevant role.
  • 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on frontend technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, including mentoring, performance reviews, and work allocation.
  • Familiarity with Git, ES6, Webpack, Less or Sass, and NodeJS.
  • Familiarity with state management tools such as Vuex, Redux, or Ngrx.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of backend technologies such as Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with the stated frontend stack, including Vue, Vuex, Vue Router, TypeScript, Playwright, Element UI, FreeMarker, AWS, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
