Description

  • Drive incremental sales pipeline and support existing customer requests.
  • Partner with Demand Gen to build and execute account-based marketing campaigns with prospects.
  • Develop relationships with Salesforce, Amazon, and CLM partner networks.
  • Build an accurate sales pipeline through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage the client or opportunity lifecycle with the sales team and track customer activity in Salesforce.
  • Use prospecting strategies to initiate outreach to prospects and identify customer needs and challenges.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Partner Comms, and Sales to generate demand and nurture partner relationships.
  • Support Account Executives in managing the house account list and driving new business across more than 100 base accounts.
  • Log and track meetings generated from BDR follow-up in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AWS, or the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to identify key stakeholders and new business opportunities.
  • Confident, competitive demeanor and comfort speaking with senior-level customers.
  • Strong motivation to contribute to business growth and overall success.
  • Track record of being a high achiever in school, work, volunteering, athletics, or other activities.
  • Required to work from the NYC office at least 1 day per week.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with outreach content such as BASHOs, if applicable.
