Description

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows, including automated flow validation and network connectivity checks.
  • Test CloudFormation stacks, Lambda integrations, Amazon Lex bots, routing rules, outbound dialers, and campaign management pipelines.
  • Validate omni-channel routing and contact center scenarios across voice, chat, SMS, and email channels.
  • Test voice user interfaces, advanced IVR systems, and text-based conversational bots across web and messaging channels.
  • Validate Agentic AI and NLU systems across AWS and Salesforce conversational platforms.
  • Validate API integrations across Amazon Connect, Salesforce CRM, and WFM platforms using Postman.
  • Test communications protocols such as WebRTC and SIP and manage test environments using AWS services.
  • Define, script, execute, and analyze load and performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation of Amazon Connect deployments.
  • Generate reports from Amazon Connect metrics and Contact Lens, lead SIT and UAT coordination, and manage defects with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Amazon Connect testing and automated IVR validation.
  • Experience with load and performance testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
  • Experience developing automated test frameworks and working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CodeDeploy.
  • Knowledge of SQL and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Experience with IVR automation tools such as Bespoken, Operata, Cyara, or Hammer.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, qTest/Qmetry, Postman, CloudWatch, Lucid, and softphone clients.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel and conversational AI solutions.
  • Experience with cross-platform contact center products such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio (preferred).
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, or WFM platforms (preferred).
  • Travel up to 25% may be required for certain roles.
