Description

  • Define and execute a comprehensive People strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Advise the EVP of Operations and executive leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing People and HR team.
  • Own global talent acquisition strategy across technical, GTM, and G&A functions.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes, employer branding, and talent pipelines.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and improve hiring quality, diversity, and candidate experience.
  • Shape and evolve company culture to support high performance, inclusion, and innovation.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Design performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and learning programs.
  • Develop and manage compensation, benefits, HR operations, compliance, HRIS, and people analytics for a global, distributed workforce.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR or People leadership roles.
  • At least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience scaling HR or People functions in high-growth technology or SaaS companies.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and HR operations.
  • Experience supporting global teams and multi-jurisdictional employment practices.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align People strategy to business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using people analytics.
  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.
  • Experience building culture in distributed or hybrid organizations is preferred.
