Description

  • Design, build, and improve production-grade AI agent systems for web and chat experiences using grounded, structured data.
  • Architect agent workflows involving reasoning, tool use, retrieval, guardrails, escalation, and performance monitoring.
  • Evaluate agent orchestration frameworks such as Deep Agent, Claude Agent, OpenAI Agent, and LangGraph.
  • Build and maintain LLM evaluation systems, including LLM-as-judge workflows, regression testing, guardrail tests, and quality metrics.
  • Diagnose performance issues involving prompts, tool selection, retrieval, latency, cost, task completion, and failure modes.
  • Design and implement RAG and embedding-based capabilities for enterprise knowledge access and automation.
  • Build scalable Python services and platform components deployed in AWS.
  • Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable features.
  • Establish engineering practices for continuous optimization of agentic systems.
  • Track advances in LLMs, agent architectures, evaluation methods, retrieval, and enterprise automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied machine learning, NLP, or AI systems development.
  • 3–5 years of experience applying AI, data science, or machine learning in marketing.
  • Experience using Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong Python skills and experience building scalable production software.
  • Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or related agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, retrieval quality, and knowledge-grounded generation.
  • Experience deploying or operating systems in AWS.
  • Daily use of AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
  • Preferred experience with production LLM agents, knowledge graphs, observability, evaluation systems, vector databases, model routing, caching, and multi-model architectures.
