Description

  • Partner with the CTO, Engineering, Data Science, Product, and other teams to drive execution on strategic technical initiatives.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning product engineering, platform, infrastructure, AI/ML, data science, and customer-facing workstreams.
  • Drive technical prioritization by aligning teams on business impact, engineering effort, dependencies, risk, and capacity.
  • Support resource planning and capacity management to keep teams focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
  • Build and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and owners.
  • Identify and proactively manage cross-team blockers, execution gaps, and delivery risks.
  • Establish operating cadences for planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
  • Create visibility for stakeholders into roadmap progress, resource constraints, technical tradeoffs, and delivery confidence.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to improve execution quality, predictability, and collaboration.
  • Prepare concise, executive-ready updates and recommendations for leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, engineering operations, or a related role in a technology company.
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs involving Engineering, Product, and Data Science / ML teams.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release planning, technical dependencies, and execution risk management.
  • Experience driving prioritization, roadmap coordination, resource planning, and delivery tracking across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams and influence decisions without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing, highly collaborative environments.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, platform, or data-heavy product companies (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, automation platforms, or applied AI products (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting CTO-level or senior technical stakeholders (nice to have).
  • Background working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments (nice to have).
