Description

  • Test AI-based conversational products.
  • Monitor and improve the quality assurance process to ensure agreed standards and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a high level of data quality awareness across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate model outputs and identify opportunities to improve accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed testing feedback to help the team improve AI models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with manual and automation testing, including test planning, test case preparation, and test execution.
  • Experience in API testing and scripting languages such as Java or Python.
  • Hands-on experience implementing test automation frameworks in enterprise software environments using open-source tools such as Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
  • Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing concepts and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work without supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills and a self-motivated, self-starter mindset.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and load testing tools such as JMeter is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
