Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance software systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to integrate machine learning models and data pipelines into production systems.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to integrate solutions into products and services.
  • Develop and manage data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of large datasets.
  • Architect and implement scalable software systems and optimize existing systems for efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage databases and caching systems such as MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
  • Deploy infrastructure on AWS or GCP with a focus on high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
  • Conduct experiments and test hypotheses to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Communicate technical details and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure development practices comply with data security and privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in a product development environment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience building scalable systems and working with system design and coding best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with Data Scientists or supporting machine learning model deployment and data-driven systems.
  • Proficiency with Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL, and AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda.
  • Strong understanding of system design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience optimizing infrastructure and deployment to reduce latency and improve cost efficiency.
  • Preferred experience with Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, MLflow, and Hugging Face.
