Description

  • Design and develop backend services and microservices using .NET (C#) for trading, transaction processing, and account management.
  • Architect scalable and low-latency systems for core exchange functions such as order matching, wallet management, and payment gateways.
  • Create and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSocket services for frontend applications and third-party integrations.
  • Implement security best practices to protect user data and transactions and support regulatory compliance.
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB to maintain data integrity and performance.
  • Develop unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability and scalability in production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, user experience, and development workflows.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend development experience using .NET Core and C#.
  • Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and high-volume data processing.
  • Extensive experience developing secure and scalable RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based services.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the crypto trading ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of security practices, encryption standards, and compliance in financial or crypto environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers.
  • Experience with high-frequency trading platforms or real-time financial systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a fintech or crypto environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is preferred.
