Description

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones and prepare executives with context, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Handle executive travel coordination, expense management, and related logistics.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
  • Provide accurate and responsive administrative support for day-to-day executive needs.
  • Serve as a key coordination point across teams to improve alignment and communication.
  • Partner with HR/Operations, Finance, Partnerships & Channels, and GTM stakeholders to move priorities forward.
  • Support planning and execution of internal meetings, offsites, and key initiatives.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
  • Handle sensitive information and communications with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, with VP+ / C-level experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones, with North America preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense management systems such as Ramp.
  • Flexible working hours to support North America time zones.
