Description

  • Implement Azure OpenAI API integrations for applications.
  • Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
  • Work with open-source models to fine-tune and apply them for client use cases.
  • Experiment with different machine learning techniques to improve AI solutions.
  • Create proofs of concept and MVPs for AI applications.
  • Research new techniques, models, and approaches for applying AI across retail, healthcare, finance, and general industries.

Requirements

  • Previous software development experience, ideally 1-2 years of commercial experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI API and Azure OpenAI API.
  • Knowledge of how RAG, embeddings, and vector databases work.
  • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Must be based in the European Union.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, at C1+ level.
  • Experience with Azure ML is a plus.
  • Experience with Firebase and Supabase is a plus.
  • Familiarity with open-source GPT models such as Llama and Mistral is a plus.
  • Portfolio examples using ML models such as GPT or Stable Diffusion are a plus.
  • AI certifications such as AI-900 or AI-102 are a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary up to PLN 9,600 per month before tax on a long-term B2B contract, or up to PLN 8,000 gross on a contract of employment.
  • 16 days off for regular B2B/UoP employees or 20 days off for seniors, according to the law (20-26 days).
