Description

  • Own and serve as subject matter expert for tools such as Google Workspace, 1Password, and Slack.
  • Monitor and secure office networks and network devices, including updates and lifecycle management.
  • Analyze IT needs and select and implement new technologies, applications, and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with other IT Operations team members and support the IT Operations leader.
  • Work with Security and Legal teams on IT and security solutions for the business.
  • Consult on and implement requirements from IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Prepare and maintain internal and stakeholder-facing documentation.
  • Share knowledge across IT and security teams and the wider organization.
  • Support company-wide change management processes.
  • Automate processes and tools for IT Ops and other departments, including verification and maintenance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant prior experience.
  • Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and configuration.
  • Experience with SAML, SSO, and API utilization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Experience with middleware tools such as Make.com, Zapier, or Slack Workflows (nice to have).
