Description

  • Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, automation tools, and agentic workflows.
  • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, and structured or unstructured data.
  • Integrate LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Build backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
  • Design prompts, system instructions, and context-management strategies.
  • Evaluate and improve AI system quality, accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed AI systems, including production issues and regressions.
  • Implement evaluation, validation, guardrails, and error-handling strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business teams on AI solutions, architecture, and documentation.
  • Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and techniques and apply them where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
  • Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, model behavior, context management, and LLM evaluation.
  • Experience developing APIs or backend services with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Git, REST APIs, testing, debugging, system design, and Docker.
  • Ability to take AI use cases from requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving, written and verbal English communication, and ability to work with globally distributed teams.
  • Preferred: Experience with production copilots, chatbots, agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, vector databases, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, cloud deployment, monitoring, guardrails, SQL, CI/CD, Kubernetes, or model-serving infrastructure.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time, corresponding to an overnight India schedule; occasional weekend flexibility may be required.
