Description

  • Own and execute outbound prospecting across mid-market and selected enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture key decision-makers including CxOs, Product Heads, Procurement leaders, and Digital Transformation leaders.
  • Lead the full end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solutioning, proposals, and closure.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and CoE leaders to design and position winning solutions.
  • Partner with marketing and GTM teams to co-create campaigns, events, and thought leadership content.
  • Track performance metrics including pipeline creation, deal velocity, margin contribution, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene with high ownership.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, client partnerships, or consultative sales within IT services or software engineering firms.
  • Proven experience running outbound sales motions.
  • Proven track record of independently developing opportunities for software and IT services sales in the US, Canada, UK&I, BeNeLux, Scandinavia, DACH, GCC markets, or a combination of these.
  • Ability to lead full sales cycles independently and close mid-size deals up to 500k PLN.
  • Good understanding of IT services models such as T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, and Retainers.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent English at C1+ level.
  • Polish is not required.
  • Experience in digital commerce is a nice to have, including familiarity with Shopify, SAP Commerce, Salesforce, OMS, PIM/MDM, or headless architectures.
