Description

  • Conduct meaningful needs-assessment conversations with prospective families.
  • Recommend personalized learning solutions based on each student’s educational needs.
  • Build trust with families through consultative sales conversations.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in educational products and services.
  • Guide prospective students and families toward academic goals.
  • Work a structured paid training program followed by an assigned split-shift schedule.
  • Meet performance expectations in a sales role focused on consultative selling.
  • Support the company’s learning platform by connecting clients to appropriate services.

Requirements

  • Fully remote within the US.
  • Must be able to work all 6 weeks of paid virtual training Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
  • Must be able to work one of the assigned permanent split-shift schedules after training.
  • Experience in education, teaching, tutoring, or training is required.
  • Track record of exceeding performance metrics is preferred.
  • Consultative sales experience is required or strongly preferred.
  • Ability to sell in a client-facing sales role is required.
  • Comfort working with educational products, services, and personalized learning recommendations is required.
  • Availability to work weekends as part of the assigned schedule is required.
  • Interest in using AI tools and working in an AI-enabled environment is preferred.
