Description

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Engage and nurture prospective clients to understand their business challenges and needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate outreach activity and pipeline records in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies using data and feedback.
  • Support the sales organization in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A result-oriented, persistent, and proactive approach to prospecting.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate product value propositions effectively.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales outreach tools preferred.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
