Description

  • Respond to inbound leads and convert them into scheduled consultations, both virtual and in-person.
  • Manage inquiries across phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and web forms.
  • Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and guide them through the booking process using a consultative approach.
  • Execute timely, structured follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
  • Accurately log interactions, update lead status, and track progress in HubSpot CRM.
  • Maintain organization and visibility across all active leads and pipeline stages.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and patient-centered experience across all touchpoints.
  • Meet conversion targets, response time expectations, and activity metrics.

Requirements

  • Full fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written, with a neutral accent.
  • Strong background in sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion roles.
  • Proven ability to build trust quickly and close appointments in a consultative manner.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Ability to manage high lead volume with speed and consistency.
  • Strong organization and accuracy in managing lead data and follow-ups.
  • Performance-driven, proactive, and patient-focused mindset.
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM management, SMS communication tools, and Google Workspace or similar is preferred.
