Description

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client business objectives and align service delivery with their needs.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues or risks that could affect client satisfaction.
  • Drive client retention and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on account performance.
  • Work closely with sales and client success teams to support onboarding and ongoing service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Experience in agency or SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a bonus.
