Description

  • Lead the end-to-end migration lifecycle to S/4HANA, ensuring adoption of SAP best practices while managing legacy technical debt.
  • Orchestrate the SD functional team within a high-pressure global environment.
  • Manage SD configuration and integration teams, including BTP-related integration work, to ensure interface stability.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth global integration across the program.
  • Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations across executive leadership and local site leaders.
  • Manage multi-level system landscapes and align global templates with local business requirements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to define functional specifications for ABAP developments.
  • Review and validate unit and integration testing for SD-related solutions.
  • Supervise complex integrations between SD and other SAP modules such as MM and FI.
  • Support functional scenarios related to SAP BTP with an integration-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • University degree in IT management or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, with strong focus on Sales and Distribution (SD) and end-to-end commercial, logistics, and billing processes.
  • At least 2 full-cycle large-scale/global S/4HANA migrations (Brownfield, Greenfield, or Selective Data Transition).
  • Deep experience in manufacturing, especially in Construction Materials or Mining sectors.
  • Strong understanding of how SD interacts with supply chain, logistics execution, and heavy asset operations.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams on functional-technical activities.
  • Experience defining clear functional specifications for ABAP developments.
  • Experience reviewing and validating unit and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience overseeing complex integrations between SD and other modules such as MM and FI.
  • Functional understanding of SAP BTP with an integration focus; coding is not required.
  • General finance and budgeting knowledge, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
