Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and backend microservices for digital payments.
  • Implement new features and evolve existing services related to tokenization, e-commerce authentication, and QR code reading.
  • Analyze technical and functional requirements and propose viable solutions with the development and architecture teams.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, architecture, and other banking ecosystem teams.
  • Write, maintain, and execute automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and solution certification processes with payment brands.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience designing and building REST APIs and backend services.
  • Practical knowledge of microservices architectures.
  • Experience with Git and version control.
  • Experience working on projects managed with Maven.
  • Knowledge of automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, with tools such as JUnit and Mockito.
  • Experience working in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, or Kanban.
  • Experience developing with Kotlin (preferred).
  • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS (preferred).
  • Knowledge of banking environments or internal platforms (preferred).
  • Knowledge of databases, preferably Oracle (preferred).
  • Experience in payment systems or certification processes with brands (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Python (preferred).
  • Experience using AI-based tools for software development (preferred).
