Description

Drive the technical win for complex enterprise accounts through discovery, demonstrations, and competitive positioning.
Design, build, and deliver proof-of-value prototypes, solution architectures, and technical workshops.
Partner with hyperscalers, systems integrators, and ISVs to create joint solutions and execute co-sell initiatives.
Collaborate with internal sales teams on deal qualification and provide a smooth handoff to Professional Services and implementation partners.
Present Neo4j’s technology through thought leadership, webinars, industry conferences, and community or marketing events.
Travel to customer sites and partner events to run technical workshops and advance strategic engagements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, professional services, or a customer-facing technical architecture role.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies.
Experience presenting to and influencing technical stakeholders and executive leaders during complex sales cycles.
Experience driving technical discovery and value-based selling to align business goals with technical architectures.
Ability to travel regionally up to 30-40% for customer-facing work.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (preferred).
Deep expertise in graph database technologies such as Neo4j, plus knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and data visualization tools such as D3.js or Linkurious (preferred).
Experience building joint GTM solutions and co-selling with hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators (preferred).
Industry expertise in regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Government, Security, or Telecommunications (preferred).
Additional language skills such as Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, or Thai (preferred).
Willingness to work in a hybrid role (preferred).
