Description

  • Own the messaging architecture and proof points for Neo4j’s AI capabilities for developer, technical, and AI-engineering audiences.
  • Translate GraphRAG, agents, agent memory, and Cypher AI into credible, differentiated narratives.
  • Own positioning and messaging for Neo4j’s integration ecosystem, including agent frameworks, MCP servers, cloud and data-platform partners, connectors, and APIs.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets such as first-call decks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, discovery question banks, demo guidance, and live training.
  • Partner with sales, sales engineering, and revenue operations to run structured win-loss programs and surface actionable insights.
  • Support AI capability and integration launches with developer-facing messaging, demos, and field enablement.
  • Prototype with the product, build demos, and bring hands-on product credibility into messaging and enablement.
  • Deliver training and certification content that helps global sellers and sales engineers win competitive deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, sales enablement, or go-to-market strategy in the technology/software industry.
  • Direct experience marketing to developers or technical practitioners, ideally in data infrastructure, databases, developer tools, or AI/ML platforms.
  • Proven experience building sales enablement materials that are actively used by the field, including first-call decks, plays, objection handling, and certification.
  • Experience running or contributing to a structured win/loss program.
  • Technical acumen to read documentation and architecture diagrams, learn complex technical categories quickly, and form a defensible point of view.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, including the ability to write concise plays and design certification sessions.
  • Ability to work across product, sales, sales engineering, DevRel, and partner marketing through influence rather than authority.
  • Familiarity with GraphRAG, agents, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or GenAI architectures is a strong plus.
  • Comfort using AI tools in your own workflow; the team is agent-native.
