Description

  • Deliver dynamic and engaging training sessions that create memorable learning experiences.
  • Incorporate gamification techniques to increase participation and retention.
  • Design and implement digital learning strategies to improve knowledge retention and performance.
  • Oversee local execution of training initiatives, including soft skills development, in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and hands-on practical training.
  • Develop high-quality instructional materials tailored to diverse learning needs and business objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate training events and employee engagement programs that support a positive learning culture.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on training effectiveness and key L&D KPIs.
  • Identify improvement areas for the L&D roadmap.
  • Manage the execution of training programs and related learning activities.

Requirements

  • Strong presentation skills, including confidence speaking in front of large groups.
  • Solid experience designing, developing, and managing training programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills for training-related data and planning.
  • Advanced-level presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Articulate or Adobe Captivate for content development is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning projects is desirable.
  • A degree or equivalent practical experience in a similar role is required.
