Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team to support high performance and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging, modern, and effective learning solutions using gamification, blended learning, and digital tools.
  • Measure and report on L&D impact by tracking KPIs and turning findings into actionable insights.
  • Oversee and optimize learning technologies, including LMS platforms and content development tools, to improve efficiency and learner experience.
  • Champion industry best practices and keep the team current on emerging learning and development trends and innovations.
  • Establish clear processes and standards to ensure consistency and quality in training materials and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external teams and partners to support specialized learning needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align learning initiatives with business priorities and change management efforts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for digital transformation within L&D to scale learning solutions.
  • Promote a feedback-driven learning culture through assessments, surveys, and post-training evaluations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a Learning & Development leadership role in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping and delivering strategic learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Strong experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing L&D teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Deep knowledge of learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital content tools such as Articulate and Adobe Captivate.
  • Confident facilitator and communicator, comfortable presenting to large and senior audiences.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent practical experience in L&D, HR management, or organizational development.
