Description

  • Assist with curating and creating capacity-building materials for the Institute.
  • Create learning and training opportunities for volunteers.
  • Deliver training initiatives based on identified internal training needs.
  • Provide regular administrative support for learning and development functions.
  • Coordinate BCI learning and training sessions.
  • Support the development of professional relationships with stakeholders to generate opportunities for the organisation.
  • Help identify and organise training activities that strengthen volunteer development.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology.
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a volunteer, home-based role.
  • Applicants without prior experience may be considered if they can demonstrate the required skills in the written assessment.
