Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and kickoff through delivery and closure.
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and support project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Align project goals between business teams and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.
  • Organize day-to-day team work, including task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain project documentation such as roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
  • Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify blockers early, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improvements in PMO processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
  • Experience working on multiple projects at once and with distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in plain language.
  • Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep work on track.
  • Able to handle deadlines, resolve conflicts, and keep teams aligned.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning is a plus.
