Description

  • Own builder growth across awareness, sign-up, activation, engagement, retention, and community participation.
  • Design and run growth programs that improve the full builder funnel, not just top-of-funnel traffic.
  • Build hackathons into a repeatable growth engine across public, partner, customer, field, and internal programs.
  • Define the hackathon playbook, including format, goals, onboarding, technical readiness, support, judging, follow-up, and conversion to ongoing participation.
  • Turn workshops, launches, demos, office hours, events, hackathons, and community programs into repeatable growth loops.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing on campaigns, lifecycle journeys, conversion, and builder acquisition.
  • Work with Developer Relations and Developer Advocates to connect content, community, product moments, and events into scalable growth motions.
  • Identify the highest-leverage channels, partnerships, and programs to grow the builder ecosystem.
  • Lead strategies to increase visibility in AI-generated answers and AI-native discovery experiences for technical audiences.
  • Build dashboards, metrics, and operating cadences to measure performance and improve quickly.

Requirements

  • Senior operator who can move between strategy and execution.
  • Strong builder growth instincts with experience across experiments, funnels, and community-led growth.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, product, developer relations, and ecosystem teams.
  • Comfort owning metrics, dashboards, testing, and operating rigor.
  • Experience building scalable community, event, or developer programs.
  • Strong judgment on what motivates technical builders and how to turn participation into durable engagement.
  • Low ego, high ownership, and willingness to build from the ground up.
  • Working knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Remote work available from the United States.
  • Competitive salary range of $225k-$315k OTE, with equity based on experience, skills, and location.
