Description

  • Lead the end-to-end design of monetisation experiences, including pricing pages, upgrade flows, checkout experiences, paywalls, and in-product conversion touchpoints.
  • Design and run data-driven experiments to improve conversion, retention, and expansion metrics.
  • Rapidly prototype, A/B test, and iterate on designs with cross-functional partners based on hypotheses and findings.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership in product, engineering, data analytics, and product marketing to shape product strategy.
  • Translate behavioural data, pricing analytics, and user feedback into design solutions that reduce friction and clarify value.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to uncover pain points in pricing, upgrade, and billing experiences.
  • Balance self-serve and enterprise buying journeys, including speed, clarity, approval workflows, and admin/billing requirements.
  • Collaborate with Content Design on value propositions, feature descriptions, pricing copy, and conversion messaging.
  • Establish and advocate for scalable, accessible monetisation design standards across the broader product experience.
  • Communicate design vision and rationale effectively to stakeholders and mentor other designers on monetisation best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or growth-focused roles.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design thinking and measurable impact on conversion and revenue metrics.
  • Experience designing monetisation surfaces with proven impact on conversion rates for self-serve and enterprise buyers.
  • Experience designing and running data-driven experiments and iterating from quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS monetisation and pricing concepts, including pricing psychology, value-based pricing, plan packaging, hybrid pricing models, and expansion revenue strategies.
  • Ability to balance business goals with user needs while delivering high-quality, user-centric designs.
  • Strong collaboration skills with PMs, Engineers, Data Analysts, Finance, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; experience with analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions iteratively and embrace feedback with a growth mindset.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate validation, prototyping, or design discovery, such as Replit or Claude Code.
