Description

  • Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype through stable production.
  • Lead customer-facing deployments, integrations, and solution validation for enterprise engagements.
  • Contribute to statements of work by documenting technical specifications, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build and validate integrations using the API, MCP server, and Knowledge Ingestion Engine.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts in Python or similar languages to streamline deployment, ingestion, and environment setup.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
  • Document repeatable delivery processes through playbooks, runbooks, and automation.
  • Mentor future engineers and partner resources to raise delivery quality.
  • Provide feedback from customer engagements to help shape new service offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
  • Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to write and review production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks across frontend and backend.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations using tools such as Slack, Teams, GitHub, Jira, or ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Docker, infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of MCP servers, RAG architectures, or enterprise AI deployment patterns.
  • Experience with data ingestion and ETL patterns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
