Description

  • Support end-to-end execution of regional events, including conferences, hosted events, workshops, and partner activations.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue sourcing, catering, travel, AV, branding, and on-site setup.
  • Manage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure events are delivered on time and smoothly.
  • Provide on-site event support and help ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and venues to support event delivery.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, and assist with contract coordination and invoice processing.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, partner, design, content, and operations teams to align on goals and event assets.
  • Support speaker logistics, briefing materials, and presentation coordination.
  • Assist with event promotion, registration tracking, attendee communications, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track event metrics, support post-event reporting and feedback collection, and help manage budgets and expenses.

Requirements

  • ~4 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or field marketing, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting in-person and/or virtual events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar is a plus.
  • Interest in AI, cloud, or technology industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for events across EMEA.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and supporting regional initiatives.
