Description

  • Coordinate software development projects across multiple programs within the RAID portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and track program execution.
  • Prepare technical reports, status briefings, and deliverables for sponsors and internal reviews.
  • Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Track program risks, issues, and action items, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, leadership, customers, and sponsors.
  • Lead proposal development efforts, including technical approach and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and government regulations.
  • Coordinate staff planning and cross-organizational support across finance, security, IT, and other operations teams.
  • Support customer meetings, program reviews, and integration events, including approximately 20% travel.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 2-7+ years of relevant program management experience depending on degree: BS +7 years, MS +5 years, or PhD +2 years.
  • Experience managing or coordinating projects where software is a key component.
  • Experience creating and managing integrated master schedules.
  • Experience with technical writing, presentations, and delivering reviews for sponsors.
  • Experience with government reporting requirements and contract management.
  • Experience with budget management, financial tracking and forecasting, and risk management.
  • Experience leading proposals and contributing to marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Confluence, preferred.
  • PMP, DAWIA, or a similar program management certification, preferred.
  • Active Top Secret clearance, with TS/SCI preferred.
  • Technical understanding of RF signal processing systems, preferred.
