Description

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to translate employer brand strategy into hiring execution across teams and markets.
  • Develop and maintain recruiter toolkits, including messaging frameworks by role or audience, outreach templates, candidate communication guidelines, pitch decks, one-pagers, and supporting materials.
  • Ensure consistent employer brand messaging across the candidate journey, including outreach, interviews, hiring manager interactions, candidate communications, and event booths.
  • Support the activation of employer branding campaigns by adapting campaign narratives into recruiter-ready assets and aligning hiring teams on key messages and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding and Internal Communications to align external brand narrative with internal messaging.
  • Establish and maintain feedback loops with Talent Acquisition by gathering insights from recruiters and candidates to inform and improve employer branding strategy.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in how Nebius is represented during hiring and proactively propose improvements.
  • Support hiring managers and recruiters in telling the Nebius story in a clear, consistent, and compelling way.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the candidate journey and experience working closely with Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, and external communications teams.
  • Experience developing messaging frameworks, recruitment marketing assets, or candidate-facing content.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, usable tools and guidance.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in the country of application and able to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.
