Description

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Manage tasks and workflows using tools such as ClickUp or Notion.
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into actions using tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously improve conversion rates, engagement, and sales.
  • Lead creative direction, content calendars, and asset planning with in-house teams.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams across Snapchat, Meta, Google, and other channels.
  • Ensure campaign readiness across e-commerce platforms such as Zid and Salla, including inventory, pricing, UX, and discount codes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools.
  • Prior experience in retail or e-commerce, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Notion, GA4, Hotjar, or Clarity is preferred.
