Description

  • Support data center IT infrastructure and help maintain critical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in a data center environment.
  • Perform physical hardware repairs, installs, upgrades, and dismantling as needed.
  • Manage fiber optic cable and patch cord connectivity.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor routine IT tasks to improve infrastructure operations.
  • Process RMAs according to established manuals and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and cross-functional partners on technical and operational issues.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited college, university, or technical school in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years old by the internship start date.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated interest in and foundational knowledge of IT data center operations, networking, hardware, and software.
  • Ability to comply with all safety, security, and confidentiality policies of the IT data center.
  • Availability to commit to the full internship duration of at least 8 weeks on a full-time basis.
  • Current college/university student, recent graduate, or early career specialist.
  • Shift-based role availability.
  • Preferred exposure to modern GPU cloud cluster technologies.
