Description

  • Lead client delivery projects and translate business requirements into functional solution designs and specifications.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and systems integrator partners, escalating issues as needed.
  • Advise customers on commercial lending best practices, banking trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Guide clients on nCino product capabilities, functionality, and data model to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, and ongoing end-user support.
  • Develop innovative solutions, perform benchmarking and tradeoff analyses, and recommend process improvements.
  • Build stakeholder alignment and drive nCino adoption across executive and end-user audiences.
  • Provide project status updates, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and decision-ready reports.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, priorities, and deliverables to meet timeline and budget commitments.
  • Apply agile, change-management, and AI tools and practices to improve delivery, adoption, efficiency, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in banking or a related field.
  • Commercial lending experience, including loan origination, credit decisioning, and regulatory expectations.
  • Knowledge of banking industry practices and regulations.
  • Ability to independently lead complex projects while escalating issues appropriately.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly to audiences at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Salesforce experience (preferred).
  • Project management experience, agile delivery familiarity, experience across multiple banking lines of business, and willingness to travel (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $81,600–$138,700 USD.
