Description

  • Coach Account Executives to improve discovery, qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder management, evaluation execution, negotiation, and closing.
  • Manage performance expectations and drive measurable improvement through accountability and ongoing development.
  • Maintain visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, forecast accuracy, and execution risk.
  • Run disciplined pipeline and deal inspection processes to improve predictability and decision-making.
  • Establish and reinforce strong sales fundamentals, account strategy, and operational discipline.
  • Lead the team in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
  • Own hiring, evaluation, and selection for new Account Executives as the team grows.
  • Partner with enablement and revenue leadership on onboarding, ramping, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering to support team execution.
  • Leverage sales technology, AI-enabled tools, and data insights to improve efficiency and coaching effectiveness.
  • Support customer-facing activities, internal planning sessions, and industry events as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years in frontline sales management.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales motions with multi-stakeholder buying processes and six-figure deals.
  • Proven coaching and performance management track record.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal management discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, assess, hire, and develop high-performing sales talent.
  • High comfort with sales technology, CRM platforms, modern sales tooling, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in Canada within the Eastern or Atlantic time zones; Halifax-based candidates are strongly preferred.
  • Periodic travel is required.
