Description

  • Serve as the primary technical partner for a portfolio of customers across the Asia-Pacific and US West Coast markets.
  • Manage customer account relationships and support ongoing engagement with external stakeholders.
  • Deliver technical and professional services to help customers get maximum value from the Natterbox platform.
  • Resolve complex customer challenges and translate unstructured conversations into clear actions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and deepen customer engagement.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects across different customer needs.
  • Support technical delivery and consult on business processes as part of a hybrid TAM and Professional Services function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role managing client relationships and delivering technical or professional services.
  • Currently living in Australia and holding the full legal right to work in Australia on a permanent, full-time basis; sponsorship is not available.
  • Hands-on technical experience in telecommunications or contact centre implementations, Salesforce administration, or Salesforce development.
  • This technical background is a non-negotiable requirement and candidates without it will not be progressed.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent projects.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and extract clear signals and action items from unstructured conversations.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent active listening skills and the ability to clarify client needs before responding.
  • High self-awareness and emotional intelligence to manage competing priorities and stay composed under pressure.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment.
