Description

  • Gather and analyze data, build reports, and own key metrics for the region.
  • Translate market and performance data into actionable marketing plans.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs and Sales to develop and execute regional peer-to-peer programs.
  • Adapt national oncology marketing campaigns for regional use and local audiences.
  • Identify the most effective channels to reach medical oncologists and surgeons.
  • Customize educational messaging for providers and regional cancer centers.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Support awareness and adoption of Signatera® and other oncology products within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; B.A. or B.S. preferred.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or M.S. preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology product marketing, oncology sales, oncology medical affairs, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience in oncology diagnostics is required.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor and ability to translate data into marketing action.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high integrity to build relationships across a complex matrixed organization.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical content to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and align cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and field marketing tactics.
  • Proficiency in QlikSense, AI and BI tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
