Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding non-billing-related inquiries.
  • Assist patients with test status updates, patient portal login issues, testing service questions, and redraw coordination for blood samples.
  • Manage inbound calls and live chats to provide timely support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient concerns and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve potential issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance the patient experience.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard office applications.
  • Empathy and a patient-centered approach to service.
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • Spanish fluency is preferred.
  • Remote USA-based role.
  • Compensation of $23 USD per hour.
