Description

  • Design, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across awareness, acquisition, nurturing, and retargeting stages.
  • Partner with Business Marketing to develop campaign strategy, messaging alignment, audience targeting, and channel mix.
  • Oversee the end-to-end demand generation funnel from segmentation and list development through MQL creation, sales acceptance, and pipeline contribution.
  • Use analytics, automation, and data-driven insights to continuously refine campaign performance across ABM, multi-touch, email, and retargeting programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve lead flow, scoring, routing rules, and conversion processes.
  • Produce ongoing performance reporting on channel metrics, funnel conversion, ROI, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure digital tactics such as SEM, display, programmatic, social, paid media, and content syndication work together to support business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, timelines, testing, QA, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Partner with Field Marketing on integrated program alignment, regional activation, and feedback loops for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain brand consistency and comply with healthcare regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in a high-growth or complex sales environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in demand generation, multi-channel campaign management, and full-funnel strategy.
  • Experience in Biotech, Healthcare, or regional marketing is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams, including Business Marketing, Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Digital Operations, and Creative.
  • Experience using analytics and automation to optimize campaign performance is preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred.
