Description

  • Develop and execute a cohesive global content strategy across campaign, demand generation, and thought leadership programs.
  • Create and manage content assets across the full funnel, including ebooks, white papers, research reports, webinars, landing pages, customer stories, video, and audio.
  • Translate complex product, market, and customer insights into clear, differentiated content for multiple audiences.
  • Build and refine AI-assisted editorial production workflows to improve content speed, consistency, and scalability.
  • Design repeatable systems, templates, prompts, and playbooks for global content production.
  • Partner with product marketing, PR, brand, sales, regional marketing, events, customer marketing, and external agencies on integrated content programs.
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and contractors to deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and measure content performance across engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, and brand impact.
  • Use data, audience insights, and competitive research to optimize messaging, formats, and distribution strategy.
  • Ensure all content meets editorial standards for quality, accuracy, tone, and narrative consistency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, thought leadership, brand journalism, or demand generation content in B2B, SaaS, or related environments.
  • Proven experience owning both content strategy and execution for brand-building and pipeline-driving programs.
  • Strong editorial instincts and the ability to shape a point of view and tell compelling stories across formats.
  • Experience developing global content and adapting messaging for different segments, regions, and funnel stages.
  • Strong operational ability to manage end-to-end workflows across stakeholders, deadlines, agencies, and channels.
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and external contributors.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using performance insights to refine content strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI editorial production systems and workflow design.
  • Hands-on familiarity with vibe coding approaches to content operations and editorial automation.
  • Experience using Claude Code or Claude CoWork to build or improve content production workflows is strongly preferred; AirOps experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs, analytics tools, and modern content operations workflows.
  • Comfort experimenting with new tools and turning successful experiments into repeatable team processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, team meetings, client or partner work, and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $112,000 to $168,000 USD for US locations.
  • Annual cash bonus plan eligibility.
  • Equity included in the total compensation package.
