Description

  • Handle inbound and qualified investor and buyer inquiries from first contact through signed deal.
  • Build trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients and investor pipelines.
  • Conduct professional negotiations and close high-value property transactions.
  • Manage pipeline activity consistently using the company CRM.
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with management to improve conversion rates and sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a top-performing sales role.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined in an independent remote work setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
  • Based in Lebanon.
  • Comfortable having serious money conversations and selling high-value property deals.
  • This is not an entry-level role.
