Description

  • Source, qualify, prioritize, and negotiate strategic technology and integration partnerships.
  • Own a partner portfolio, including relationship maps, mutual plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on customer demand, strategic fit, revenue potential, market reach, technical feasibility, and partner commitment.
  • Activate partner sellers and Nametag account teams around co-sell opportunities and advance partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Coordinate integrations from discovery and solution design through agreement, development, testing, launch, and optimization.
  • Create and execute joint business plans covering value propositions, target customers, roadmaps, go-to-market motions, ownership, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Build relationships across partner product, engineering, alliances, sales, marketplace, and executive teams.
  • Support positioning, launch plans, field enablement, marketplace listings, sales plays, and customer-facing materials.
  • Track integration usage, customer adoption, pipeline, and revenue; prepare business reviews and executive updates.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or product partnerships within B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and closing partner agreements.
  • Experience taking technology or integration partnerships from initial discussion through launch and commercial activation.
  • Experience with co-sell, marketplace, referral, or OEM/embedded partnership motions.
  • Ability to build business cases and structure mutually valuable commercial agreements.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, solution design, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Strong program management across owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including concise executive updates.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and operate with high accountability.
  • Experience in security, identity, infrastructure, or enterprise software is preferred; startup experience is also preferred.
