Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to run product evaluations and support new business sales cycles.
  • Conduct discovery into clients’ research workflows and pain points to shape bespoke use cases.
  • Build and curate Financial Services use cases as AlphaSense’s capabilities evolve.
  • Engage investment professionals across seniority levels to understand their challenges and priorities.
  • Run tailored demos, workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call evaluations for prospects.
  • Build credibility as a domain and product expert throughout the evaluation process.
  • Translate client feedback into internal product and content improvement requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education.
  • Help inform go-to-market strategy and decisions through direct client exposure.
  • Support workflow transformation for key Financial Services personas, including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, and Hedge Funds.

Requirements

  • Business proficiency in both German and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Financial Services role or in a fintech/SaaS role supporting Financial Services clients.
  • Exposure to workflows in at least one of: Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, or Hedge Funds.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and its application in Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for GenAI in Financial Services.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
  • Comfort leading evaluations of varying formats and lengths, including on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to business-oriented audiences in simple terms.
  • Strong consultative, client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting is relevant.
