Description

  • Resolve incidents escalated by the client support team, including restoring service during critical outages.
  • Analyze logs, configurations, integrations, and clustered environment behavior to diagnose issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures for recurring incidents.
  • Investigate database, SQL query, and caching-related performance issues.
  • Participate in platform reviews and recommend stability, capacity, and security improvements.
  • Support upgrade planning, patch deployments, and post-change validation.
  • Collaborate with client administrators, database specialists, integration teams, and OpenText vendor support.
  • Document findings and resolutions, maintain Jira tickets, and communicate progress in technical and service review meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience with OpenText Extended ECM for SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of OpenText Content Server database schema and OpenText Archive Center.
  • Experience with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), single sign-on, and access governance.
  • Experience with OpenText WebReports and OpenText REST API integrations, including Search Engine API.
  • Knowledge of information security standards.
  • Strong communication skills with business, IT, and project management stakeholders.
  • Structured documentation skills and experience maintaining Jira tickets.
  • Ability to work independently with a quality-focused, delivery-oriented approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with architects, developers, migration specialists, and customer subject-matter experts.
  • Availability to provide approximately 50 working hours of support per month on a long-term basis.
