Description

  • Deliver expert customer support and develop deep knowledge of Docker products.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose critical, multi-layer issues across the Docker technology stack.
  • Resolve complex platform-level problems beyond routine ticket troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to identify bugs and resolve technical issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on collaborative projects and customer solutions.
  • Lead enterprise customer calls and remote screen-sharing sessions for complex cases.
  • Use AI and agentic tools responsibly to improve support outcomes.
  • Improve platform tooling, workflows, and support systems based on recurring customer patterns.
  • Create and audit help content and knowledge-base materials.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise technical support experience at a high-growth SaaS technology company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Docker products including Engine, Hub, and Desktop.
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting Docker technologies and SaaS products.
  • Comfort with programming languages such as Go, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with macOS, Microsoft Windows, and Linux systems.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration and CI/CD software.
  • Linux specialization, ideally with at least two years of deep Linux experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain background checks and security clearances for government-related customers.
  • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time.
