Description

  • Lead client-facing ServiceNow implementations from engagement kickoff through delivery and closure.
  • Recommend and deliver solutions that meet customer functional requirements.
  • Prepare and execute client workshops to gather needs and align stakeholders.
  • Determine, document, and refine detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Design process solutions and configure the ServiceNow platform and applications.
  • Provide advisory, implementation, training, and post-go-live support to clients.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, editing proposal content, and recommending solution language.
  • Translate business priorities and industry trends into solution opportunities for Advizex and its clients.
  • Apply ServiceNow best practices and relevant technical knowledge to assess, recommend, implement, and support customer solutions.
  • Coordinate effectively between account teams, technical resources, partners, and customers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience leading or guiding ServiceNow implementations using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong experience with ITSM and ITOM.
  • Experience delivering ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
  • Foundational understanding of ServiceNow development concepts, including scripting and configuration vs. customization.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive accountability through project completion.
  • Experience working within an Agile delivery model, including requirements gathering, development, and testing.
  • Engagement management experience, including planning, reporting, delivery, and project closure.
  • Prior experience working in IT operations outside of ServiceNow-specific roles.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and SACM concepts and best practices.
  • ServiceNow foundational certifications such as CSA and/or CAD are required or strongly preferred.
  • ServiceNow implementation certifications (CIS) are preferred.
  • ServiceNow sales accreditations are preferred.
  • Must be able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Candidates must be based in the United States and located in Illinois.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required across the Southeast region.
