Description

  • Own and execute a broad portfolio of renewal contracts across Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks, and other manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts for upcoming renewals.
  • Develop a data-driven renewal forecast that provides sales with leading indicators for renewal opportunities.
  • Partner with manufacturers, OEMs, ISVs, sales, and channel operations to strengthen renewal workflows and relationships.
  • Generate renewal quotes 30/60/90 days before customer contracts expire.
  • Work with customers to transact and consolidate upcoming renewals.
  • Maximize eligibility for manufacturer renewal incentives such as rebates, SPIFs, and MOUs.
  • Inform and educate internal stakeholders on renewal and refresh opportunities, including program-specific offerings.
  • Support clients by phone and email with quote and renewal questions.
  • Complete required security awareness training, escalate security risks, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and able to work West Coast hours.
  • Expert communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working with sales, analytics, and renewals processes or programs.
  • Deep understanding of multiple vendors’ renewals processes, programs, and people.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly accountable, autonomous, and able to manage ambiguity.
  • Comfortable meeting and speaking with customers.
  • General sales and business acumen preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred, including pivot tables, formulas, and quote presentation.
  • Experience with manufacturer programs and processes preferred.
