Description

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding programs for all revenue-facing roles.
  • Lead live onboarding and recurring revenue training sessions with clear facilitation.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, decks, playbooks, and documentation.
  • Own the structure, governance, content organization, and maintenance of the Sales Hub on SharePoint and the LMS environment.
  • Ensure enablement content is accurate, current, searchable, and aligned to sales messaging and solutions.
  • Support Sales Kickoff and other revenue events, including agenda planning, speaker coordination, materials, and logistics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, SalesOps, Alliances, and Engineering to align enablement initiatives.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs for onboarding and training effectiveness.
  • Use feedback, performance trends, and leader input to improve enablement programs.
  • Complete required security awareness training, follow company policies, and escalate security risks as needed.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, or GTM program roles.
  • Experience working with OEMs, vendors, or solution providers is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver onboarding and recurring sales training programs.
  • Advanced SharePoint skills, including site design, content architecture, permissions, workflows, and governance.
  • Experience with Absorb LMS is preferred.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, channel partner models, and technical solution selling.
  • Experience creating sales assets such as playbooks, training decks, and documentation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Must be based in the United States and willing to travel 10–25%.
